Knowing About Gallbladder Pain in General

Tuesday, February 14th, 2012

It can be very difficult for people to recognize gall bladder pain because the pains and symptoms are so close to other pains and symptoms of digestive complications. If you overeat at dinner, or you eat very rich and spicy foods you may develop severe indigestion that is painful and annoying. If you have gallstones you may also suffer from severe indigestion. The difference will be that when you get indigestion from eating too much food you can take a medicine from over the counter and it will ease the discomfort, but when you have gallstones taking the medication will not make the pain of the indigestion any better.

This is true of the other symptoms that alert you to these hardened cholesterol deposits as well. From the upper abdominal pains that people have to the bloated and uncomfortable feeling they get after meals. No amount of position changing or simple pain medications will make these aches go away.

Aims of Spiritual Healing by the Healer

Wednesday, February 1st, 2012

I am a big fan of watching medical documentaries that explore the most basic concepts of life in a clear and lucid manner. However I never experienced such a joy of watching any documentary movie other than documentary other than watching The Living Matrix movie. There are several reasons why this documentary is far better than many others published in the field of spiritual sciences. Here are some of the reasons:

1. The documentary is based upon facts

2. It has been developed by leading medical experts based upon 5 years of medical research

3. it explores the concept of spiritual healing in a way that never has been done before by any other documentary

4. the documentary has been approved by the censor boards making it feasible to watch and enjoy with the family members

With all of the above reasons, it goes without saying it is one of the best documentaries that you can ever watch to enhance your knowledge of spiritual sciences.

Children’s Asthma May Become Worse with Stressed out Parents

Sunday, January 29th, 2012

Researchers published a paper about the correlation of stressed out parents and children’s asthma. These researchers studied parents coping styles and parenting styles associated with their children’s disease. They found that over-interference of children over age 7 resulted in children’s asthma symptoms becoming worse. For children under age 7, mothers who had chronic irritation or anger or a tendency to suppress their emotions resulted in a more severe disease symptom in the following year. The researchers found that the parents stress level is verbally or non-verbally communicated to their children. This then affects the child’s asthma symptoms via a psycho-physiological pathway.

What the researchers concluded is that parents need not concern themselves with the types of parenting styles they want to adopt or have. This didn’t seem to be the main influence on a child’s asthma but rather the stress level of the parent. They suggest parents exercise relaxation techniques for anxiety and ways to reduce their stress.

Chiropractic for Tennis Players

Monday, January 9th, 2012

According to my chiropractor in NYC, approximately 65% of the 15 million tennis players in the United States sustain at least one injury per year. Tennis is a sport that involves repetitive motions and ballistic movements. As such, the sport can create both local and systemic stresses on the body. For example, hard foot plants are associated with foot, ankle, and knee stress, but can also affect one entire side of the body, because of side-to-side forces and twisting motions. Continuous start and stop motions, accelerating and decelerating, overhead serves, and ground strokes can put significant stress on the knees, back, ankles, elbows and shoulders. I was thankful to my chiropractor in NYC for expounding to me the facts about tennis. Now, before I play tennis I always consult first with my chiropractor to avoid myself from injuries. He gives me safety precautions to protect my back from getting hurt.

Body Cleanse Diet: the Master Cleanse

Friday, January 6th, 2012

I need to go on a body cleanse diet. I ate way too much over the Christmas season. I’m now feeling fat, bloated and sluggish. It’s not a great way to start the new year!

I’m thinking of going on the Master Cleanse to reboot my digestive system. There are a few phases to the Master Cleanse diet. The ‘Ease-In’ phase lasts three days. On the first day, you are meant to wean yourself off meat, dairy and processed foods and eat only ‘living foods’ consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables. The second day involves juicing and blending your fruits and vegetables into juices, smoothies and soups to prepare your body for a liquid diet. On the third day, you should be drinking only fresh orange juice. If you feel that you still need more calories, you may add pure natural maple syrup to your juice.

The main stage involves drinking a mixture of fresh lemon juice, pure natural maple syrup, cayenne pepper and purified water all day long. You should do this for at least 10 days to get the best results. Laxatives as well as sea salt flushes may also be taken during this period to cleanse your bowels. Finally, to ease out of the diet, you should repeat the same three days of the ‘Ease-In’ phase in reverse order.

This cleansing diet may sound extreme to some but I feel like it will give me the fastest results. I will probably go through all the stages of this cleansing diet though so as to ease in slowly and not shock my system.

Suffered from Chronic Yeast Infection

Saturday, December 31st, 2011

For the longest time I suffered from chronic yeast infection. From my teen years onward and I never knew what was the cause. I went to the doctor several times a year and each time the gave me the exact same drug and each time the drug failed to actually work. The infection would disappear for about two to three weeks and then pop back up like bad habit. After I grew tired of the same old treatment from my doctor I turned to the internet to find a cure. I discovered Yeast Infection No More by Linda Allen and my life was changed. Reading that material not only helped me pinpoint what was causing the yeast infection but gave me tips to help me prevent them from occurring naturally. There is no quick fix to a yeast infection but there are things that a girl can do to stop them completely. I recommend anyone who suffers from chronic yeast infections to check out the book.

Lower Back Pain Relief: Instantly Recovered!

Friday, November 11th, 2011

Last September 26, 2011, a professor in biology was having his muscle pain problem after checking the theses papers of his students. He was wondering if he will take an instant cure of pain reliever or just need some rest and normal medication, like taking some water and rest. But he has to choose whether he has to spend money on it or get some sleep just to have a lower back pain relief

This is needed to decide whether to have medication with or without spending anything. First and foremost we must consider the condition of the teacher, if he doesn’t have any appointments prior to that time he must have a rest and took a nap with a proper position on lying (the back must be parallel with the bed) and lights off in order to have a good nap and great relaxation, because light sometimes distracts people on sleep. But if the professor has an appointment he should take a pain reliever and take some rest for couple of minutes then proceed to his next schedule.

Since it is not severe because he just only have his back pain when he finished checking the theses papers then he doesn’t need to go to the doctor and seek for a proper medication. Actually there are plenty of options have lower back pain relief. If he experienced it frequently he should shave some yoga session or acupuncture, the Chinese way of medication using needles.
